Appartamento Libeccio is a beautiful single-level apartment located on the ground floor with a private entrance and garden. 
The apartment is located in a quiet area, surrounded by a garden with a green lawn and a large veranda, with a barbecue and outdoor shower. The strong point of the apartment is its proximity to the sea, which is just a few minutes' walk away.
The layout is as follows: entrance hall, living room with TV and open-plan kitchen, sofa, French windows leading to the furnished veranda and garden. The kitchen leads to the bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, the bedroom with bunk beds and the double bedroom. The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV and washing machine. 
Within a few metres, there are restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket and shops. The flat is located in a quiet area of holiday homes with parking available nearby.

Check-in/Check-out
• Check-in: From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Free self check-in, €30 for check-in in person, €50 after 8:00 p.m. (for arrivals after 8 p.m., we must still be informed).
• Check-out: Always no later than 10 a.m.

Tourist Tax
• Muravera is a municipality that applies a tourist tax of €1 per day per person (not applicable to children under 10 years of age).
