Villetta Sea-Mary is located very close to the beach of Marina Rey, which can be reached on foot after 30 metres. On the beach all beach services from kiosk-bars to umbrella rentals and more. The Sea-Mary cottage has a large garden and a double car park covered by a loggia. In the garden there are 2 showers and a barbecue.

The house has private outdoor but covered parking inside the property. A large gate gives access to the covered parking area which can accommodate 1 or 2 cars. In the garden of the house there are 2 access possibilities: the first one, which is usually used on arrival and departure, is on the car park itself, the second entrance is at the end of the garden closer to the beach. The house space is delimited and easy to find.
