Sa Lolla

Villa Sa Lolla is located in San Pietro in the municipality of Castiadas, a few kilometres from Villasimius. The villa is located in an exclusive condominium with automatic gates that only residents can enter. The villa is built in the traditional Campidanese style, with an internal courtyard and loggias that shade the house, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living in front of the pool. Villa Sa Lolla has a private swimming pool.

The space
These villas have been modernised with all the latest amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, satellite TV, swimming pool and more. They are single-storey properties with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large living room, kitchen, internal courtyard connecting the various rooms. The garden is approximately 600 square metres with a well-maintained swimming pool and private parking. The sea is about 400 metres away on flat ground. On the beach, there are bathing establishments where you can enjoy their bar and restaurant services with parasol and sun lounger hire.

Check-in: From 5pm to 8pm – Free self check-in. Key collection in person upon arrival €30. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. €50 (for arrivals after 8:00 p.m., we must be informed in advance).

Check-out: Always no later than 10:00 a.m.
Allianz Booking Protection Insurance Policy
Our customers can insure their holiday with a policy called Allianz Booking Protection, which is affiliated with our agency. This is only available once the booking has been made.
Tourist Tax
The Municipality of Castiadas applies a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from this tax.
