Sea Mary

Villetta Sea-Mary is located very close to Marina Rey beach, which is about 70 metres away on foot. The beach offers all amenities, from kiosks and restaurants to sunshade rental and more. Villetta Sea-Mary has a large garden and double parking covered by a loggia. The garden has two outdoor showers and a barbecue.
THE SPACE
The house has a large entrance gate that can accommodate up to two cars. Another gate at the end of the garden provides access to the road leading to the sea. The house is enclosed and easy to find.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a television.
