The villa has ample outdoor space, with a panoramic terrace. Large garden of 800 square metres, partly lawn, double veranda with furniture, barbecue, sea and harbour views, just 300 metres from Riso beach. Porto Giunco beach is about 700 m away. Campulongu beach is about 800 m away. Equipped with air conditioning and digital TV, it also has a parking space, suitable for one car (two if they are small cars), which is fairly private.
The town centre of Villasimius is 1.5-2 km away with its shops, services, banks, post office, medical centre, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. However, the first supermarket is located about 800 m away at the Spiaggia del Riso campsite, where there is also a bar, restaurant, self-service restaurant, pizzeria and newsagent. Nearby is the Marina di Villasimius tourist port with its bars, restaurants, pizzeria, etc., where you can take advantage of the many opportunities for excursions by large or small boat to enjoy the islands off the coast and the coves that can only be accessed by boat.
It is also possible to hire an American coffee machine and a kettle. On request, babysitting and midweek cleaning can be arranged for a fee.

Tourist Tax
The Municipality of Villasimius applies a tourist tax of €1.00 per day per person. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from this tax.
