Villa Fedes

Villa Fedes Sant'Elmo is located in the area of the same name on Sant'Elmo beach. This beautiful stone building reflects the Sardinian architectural style of a house with a central courtyard (or loggia) and rooms surrounding the courtyard itself. Large garden with outdoor shower, green lawn planted with Mediterranean scrub, bougainvillea in intense fuchsia colours. The house is built on one level and consists of a living area with kitchen, living room and bathroom, on the other side there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, which can be converted into a double, and a bathroom with shower.

The location:
Villa Fedes is located in an exclusive holiday home residence with access restricted to guests of the village, as entry is via automatic gates that only the owners can open. Nearby there is a supermarket open from June to October, a bar-café, restaurant and pizzeria. In addition to water sports, there are several tennis courts for leisure activities. Like all the other houses, Villa Fedes has private parking within the residence. The residence is very quiet as the car parks are all outside the villa complex, ensuring that pedestrian traffic and the tranquillity of holidaymakers are of the highest quality. The house has a communal swimming pool.
