Villa Zinnibiri

Villa Zinnibiri is located in the Porto Sa Ruxi Residence, about 150 metres from the famous beach, and enjoys panoramic views from its veranda and from inside the house through the living room windows. The house has three rooms on two levels: on the first level, there is a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a twin or double bedroom (depending on requirements), and a bathroom. On the second level, there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom. Villa Zinnibiri has a communal swimming pool.

The space

Outside, there is a furnished veranda, barbecue and outdoor shower. The house has private parking and a water reserve. The residence has a communal swimming pool and tennis court for residents, available for a fee. The beach offers a bar service and umbrella and boat hire. The house has air conditioning, a washing machine and satellite TV.
There is also the possibility of renting an American coffee machine and kettle. On request, it is possible to arrange babysitting and midweek cleaning for a fee. 
Guest access
The house has its own outdoor parking area adjacent to the house itself. A staircase connects the parking area to the garden of the house, where there are two access points: the first, which is usually used on arrival and departure, is located on the upper floor of the house, while the second entrance is located on the veranda with a view. The house is clearly marked and easy to find.
