The renovated house has been made cosy and bright with original terracotta flooring. It is spacious and offers corners where you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity that make this area a paradise. Terrace-gazebo with direct access to the beach. This house is ideal for families with children due to its proximity to Campulongu beach, just 0 metres away, with its shallow waters that are safe for children, and its large enclosed garden with plenty of space to play and have fun while parents relax on the veranda. Protected by plants that keep it cool even on hot summer days. Distance from the sea: 0 metres. The final cleaning fee is €300 (mandatory).
The town centre of Villasimius is 1.5-2 km away, with shops, services, banks, a post office, medical centre, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. However, the first supermarket is located about 700 m away at the Spiaggia del Riso campsite, where there is also a bar, restaurant, self-service restaurant, pizzeria and newsagent.
It is also possible to hire an American coffee machine and a kettle. On request, babysitting and midweek cleaning services can be arranged for a fee.

Tourist Tax
The Municipality of Villasimius applies a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per day. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from this tax.
